Biography

Fredrick R. Ishengoma is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Dodoma, specializing in information systems, e-government, and digital innovation for development. His work addresses the socio-technical challenges of adopting emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, and augmented reality in public and private sectors. He is a co-investigator in multiple national and regional research projects funded by IDRC and DANIDA, focusing on inclusive innovation in agriculture and education. As an active Mendeley Advisor and participant in INASP capacity-building programmes, he promotes open science, data-sharing, and digital research tools to strengthen academic and policy-oriented research ecosystems in Tanzania.
