Biography

Bernard Julius is currently a PhD student under the MAGEUZI YA MAARIFA project, where his research focuses on the crucial role of digital citizens in forest governance in Tanzania. In parallel with his doctoral studies, he also serves as an Assistant Lecturer in at the College of Informatics and Virtual Education at the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. His diverse research interests reflect a commitment to understanding and advancing technology's impact across various sectors, including Blockchain, Data Science, Information System Auditing, E-Health, Cybersecurity, ICT4D (Information and Communication Technologies for Development), Open-Source Technology, Information Systems Management, and Web
