Biography

Daudi Edward Daudi is a junior researcher specialising in politics, governance, public policy and public administration. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Public Administration, both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is currently a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Dar es Salaam. His research is part of the wider interdisciplinary project “Transformative knowledge for people, forests and climate in Tanzania (Mageuzi ya Maarifa)”, which examines whether citizen science approaches can contribute to decolonising knowledge production in natural resource governance. Specifically, his work focuses on exploring the role of citizen-generated data in influencing forest governance decision-making in Tanzania.
